Content: By doing exercises and stretching together, you can make your body and mind lively and healthy.
Instructor: Nursing care prevention instructor or health exercise instructor, etc.
Target: Anyone aged 65 or older who lives in the city and can participate in the class themselves Venue:① Ushikubo Lifelong Learning Center, ② Nagasawa District Civic Center, ③ Ikamaikan, ④ Kohigashi District Civic Center, ⑤ Kozakai Cultural Center, ⑥ Eastern Region Community Welfare Center Schedule: ① Every Tuesday from May 13th to July 29th, 13:30~15:00, 12 sessions in total ② Every Wednesday from May 14th to July 30th, 13:30~15:00, 12 sessions in total ③ Every Thursday from May 8th to July 31st, 10:00~11:30, 12 sessions in total (closed on June 12th) ④ Every Thursday from May 15th to July 31st, 13:30~15:00, 12 sessions in total ⑤ Every Friday from May 9th to July 25th, 10:00~11:30, 12 sessions in total ⑥ Every Friday from May 9th to July 25th, 13:30~15:00, 12 sessions in total Capacity: 20 people per venue (first come, first served) What to bring: indoor shoes, towel, drink Application: Phone registration accepted from 9:00 on Monday, April 7th to Friday, April 11th

こんにちは！いきいき元気メールです。今回は「いきいき元気運動教室」についてお知らせします。
こちらの教室は、専門家による健康づくりのための運動教室です。
これからも活動的で元気に生活していくため、教室に参加してみませんか。
内容：体操やストレッチなどを皆で行うことにより、心身をいきいき元気にします。
講師：介護予防指導員又は健康運動指導士等
対象：市内在住の65歳以上の方で自ら教室に参加できる方
会場：①牛久保生涯学習センター、②長沢地区市民館、③いかまい館、④国府東地区市民館、⑤小坂井文化センター、⑥東部地域福祉センター
日程：①5月13日から7月29日までの毎週火曜日13時30分～15時0分 全12回
②5月14日から7月30日までの毎週水曜日13時30分～15時0分 全12回
③5月8日から7月31日までの毎週木曜日10時0分～11時30分 全12回 （6/12休）
④5月15日から7月31日までの毎週木曜日13時30分～15時0分 全12回
⑤5月9日から7月25日までの毎週金曜日10時0分～11時30分 全12回
