Be careful of emotional disturbances this spring! 春は心の乱れに要注意!

This is Informatin of Energetic Life.
This time, we will be informing you about the importance of being careful of emotional disturbances in spring.

Spring is a season of many changes, not only in terms of the weather, but also in terms of meetings and partings.
It's important to be careful, as stress can build up without you realizing it.

To achieve mental balance:

1 Establish a regular routine...Try to keep your wake up, bedtime and meal times as close as possible to the same every day.
2 Eat a well-balanced diet...Make sure you get enough vegetables and fruits, which are rich in vitamins and minerals.
3 Take rest...Spend your days off in your own way, such as listening to music or going for a walk.
4 Regulate your body temperature well...Try to wear thin layers of clothing so that you can quickly take them off if you feel hot or cold.

春は気候の変化はもちろんのこと、出会いや別れの時期でもあり、「変化」の多い季節です。
気づかぬうちにストレスが強くなってしまうこともありますので、注意が必要です。

【心のバランスを整えるには】

1 生活のリズムを整える‥起きる時間・寝る時間・食事の時間が毎日なるべく同じになるように心掛けましょう。
2 栄養バランスのよい食事をとる‥ビタミンやミネラルが豊富な野菜や果実が不足しないよう心掛けましょう。
3 休養をとる‥音楽を聴く・散歩をするなど、自分なりのリラックス方法で休日を過ごしましょう。
4 体温調節をしっかりと‥薄物の重ね着を心掛け、暑さ・寒さを感じたらすぐに脱ぎ着できるようにしましょう。
