As we age, we experience a decrease in muscle mass and strength. To stay vibrant, it's important to eat a variety of foods every day, and in particular to ensure that you get enough protein, the building block of muscle.
・Eat a staple food, main dish, and side dish at every meal ・Eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner equally ・Do not skip meals ・Eat two meat or fish dishes per day, and one egg and soy product per day ・Eat a staple food at every meal ・Drink one glass of milk or yogurt per day
Maintaining healthy muscles is an absolute requirement for preventing the need for care. In addition to getting into the habit of exercising, eating three meals a day regularly can help extend your health and longevity.

こんにちは!いきいき元気メールです。今回は「筋肉をつける食べ物」についてお知らせします。
高齢になると、筋肉量の減少や筋力の低下が起こります。いつまでも生き生きと過ごすためには、毎日いろいろな食品をまんべんなく食べ、特に筋肉のもととなるたんぱく質をしっかりと摂取していくことが大切になります。
・主食、主菜、副菜を毎食そろえる
・朝、昼、夕、均等に食べる
・欠食はしない
・肉か魚を1日2品、卵と大豆製品を1日1品
・主食は毎食摂取
・牛乳かヨーグルトを1日コップ1杯
元気な筋肉を持ち続ける事は介護予防にとって絶対条件です。運動習慣とともに食事は3食規則正しく食べ、健康長寿の延伸を目指しましょう。
