This time we will inform you about the "Community Support Festival."

We will be holding a Community Support Festival at AEON Mall Toyokawa on Sunday, November 10th.
This year's theme is "Preparing for nursing care and preventing frailty."
Booth exhibits will include oral and bone health checks, autonomic nervous system and motor ability checks, and a hands-on corner with doctors and pharmacists.
In addition, to prevent frailty, there will be a healthy exercise class by Yanase Hiroshi of GOBOU Co., Ltd., also known as "Gobou Sensei," who is very active in lectures, training sessions and in the media.
Anyone interested is welcome to participate.

Date and time: Sunday, November 10th from 10 A.M. to 2:30 P.M.
Location: AEON Mall Toyokawa River 3rd floor (AEON Hall East Bridge)

こんにちは！「いきいき元気メール」です。今回は「地域のささえあいフェスティバル」についてお知らせします。

11月10日（日曜日）にイオンモール豊川にて、「地域のささえあいフェスティバル」を開催します。
今年のテーマは「介護に備え、フレイル予防」です。
ブース出展として、お口や骨の健康チェック、自律神経や運動能力のチェック、医師や薬剤師の体験コーナーなどを予定しています。
またフレイル予防として、講演や研修、メディア等で大活躍の「ごぼう先生」こと（株）GOBOU 簗瀬 寛 氏による健康体操講座を開催します。
